Salsa Verde


Ingredients

  • 5 tomatillos

  • 2 Jalapenos without seeds

  • *1 habanero (optional only add if you want spicy)

  • 1 clove of garlic

  • ¼ of onion

  • Small pinch of fresh cilantro

  • 1 tsp salt


Instructions

  1. De-seed the jalapenos.

  2. Roast tomatillos and peppers.

  3. Blend everything together.
