Writer: Mathew GonzalezMathew Gonzalez

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 slices American cheese

  • 1 sausage patty

  • 2 eggo french toast sticks cinnamon

  • ½ table spoon maple syrup

  • 1 Tablespoon of light olive oil

Directions:

1) Start by cooking sausage in skillet, once cooked take out and dry on paper towel.

2) In a small bowel WHIP the two eggs together until bubbles form (you want to incorporate a lot of air to get the “fake egg texture”)

3) Then add about 1 Tablespoon of light olive oil to skillet and set to low heat about 280-degree F then pour eggs into pan, cover and let cook.

4) Keep checking often to not overcook, once 90% of the top has firmed up add the cheese to half the egg and fold the other half on top to make an omelet. Cover and let it continue to cook till the cheese is melted.

5) Toast the french toast sticks

6) Then just assemble add maple syrup to one of the french toast your cheese omelet and sausage top with other french toast and enjoy.
