Ingredients
Wings:
Flats and drums
Hot hogs BBQ rub
Buffalo sauce:
1 cup Franks hot sauce
½ stick Butter
1 Tbsp Cumin
1 tsp Garlic powder
¼ tsp Cayenne
¼ tsp W sauce
Instructions
Season wings with rub 1 day in advance
Set gas grill high on all burners and cook wings till 180-200 F
On a stove melt ½ stick of butter in a small pot
Add hot sauce, cumin, garlic powder, cayenne, and W sauce
Mix thoroughly and adjust to taste
