Mexican Buffalo wings (grilled)

Ingredients

Wings:

  • Flats and drums

  • Hot hogs BBQ rub


Buffalo sauce:

  • 1 cup Franks hot sauce

  • ½ stick Butter

  • 1 Tbsp Cumin

  • 1 tsp Garlic powder

  • ¼ tsp Cayenne

  • ¼ tsp W sauce

Instructions

  1. Season wings with rub 1 day in advance

  2. Set gas grill high on all burners and cook wings till 180-200 F

  3. On a stove melt ½ stick of butter in a small pot

  4. Add hot sauce, cumin, garlic powder, cayenne, and W sauce

  5. Mix thoroughly and adjust to taste
