Sushi Rice

Ingredients

  • 3 cup rice

  • 30g sushi vinegar (Mizkan sushi seasoning)


  • Fan


Instructions

  1. Cook rice in rice cooker

  2. Then dump fresh cooked rice in tray and set up fan so it blows over the rice and slowly add the vinegar while to mix the rice and then keep mixing for a few mins
