Creamed Spinach

Ingredients:


  • 4-5 slices Bacon

  • ¼ Onion

  • 1 cup Milk

  • 1 cup Heavy Cream

  • ¼ cup Parmesan

  • 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes

  • Salt to taste

  • 1 bag Fresh baby spinach only

Instructions:

  1. Cut bacon into bites and partially cook in large pan.

  2. Chop onion into bites and partially cook with bacon.

  3. Add bag of fresh baby spinach and cook down.

  4. Add milk, cream, Parmesan cheese, red pepper flake and salt to taste.

  5. Simmer till thick.

  6. Done.
